Like this. For the price, it charges fast, looks nice, and the magnet can snap to the magnets in the iPhone. On the other hand, what surprised me unpleasantly is that it does not behave as one would expect from a USB-C appliance. The USB-C in the charger does not have a resistor connected between CC and GND, so it is not able to get from the USB-C adapter using bidirectional USB-C <> USB-C cable to let the juice flow. But even if the USB-C connector is properly wired, it doesn't understand the Power Delivery protocol and can only do QC 2.0. So if you're getting a USB-A adapter, then I'd happily give it 4*, since I already have almost everything in USB-C, so I had to dig out my old stock: )
With QC2.0 USB-A adapter with >= 18W output, you can actually achieve 15W charging (verified on Samsung S21 and iPhone 11)

Does not work with USB-C to USB-C cable. You should always use a USB-A to USB-C cable. Also supports only QC 2.0 fast charge protocol
Inconvenient placement of the green LED indicator. At night, it shines through the top quite a bit (I had to move the charger to my desk, it was disturbing on my bedside table and I replaced it with an AlzaPower charger)
