The cons concern the service of Alza... The thermo pot was delivered to Alzabox insufficiently packed, only in the foil from the factory, of course it was all scratched and scraped. My wife rejected the claim because she doesn't want to have cold cutlets for Christmas... Lately all the goods from Alza are poorly packaged, sometimes not at all...
