The teapot is nice, reasonably made considering its price. The only defects are small pits in the glaze in various places of the kettle, but it's nothing major. As mentioned in the questions, the teapot definitely does not contain a tea strainer in the form of some piece that can be put in and out of the teapot with the brew. It has only a perforated wall, which passes into the pouring neck at this point.
