The ingredients look good on paper (lots of bacteria), but the taste is just tragic. It's supposed to have a strawberry flavor, but it actually has a horribly artificial, chemical aftertaste and leaves a downright nasty "tail" in your mouth. Considering that the tablet has to be sucked slowly and for a long time just before bedtime, it's really a punishment. The purpose is probably fulfilled, but the user experience is zero. Next time, I'd rather go back to Bactoral or apple lozenges from Ben, which are normal to endure.
