In no case do not buy, even if I occasionally see a positive review for this product, it' s a lottery at best.

It needs external power supply via molex
It needs to install the driver from the manufacturer' s website
Even if window10 “sees“ the usb3 hub, it doesn' t see any of the devices you put there, after trying it on several desktops, I managed to start this crap in only one motherboard with an AMD CPU, but only under Linux (the latest ArchLinux kernel) and it doesn' t work at all under Windows (the hub is but the device is not visible, even turning off the power saving mode on the USB did not help).
