I have been buying AXAGON frames for a long time and there has never been a problem with them. However, this is my first with a universal USB connector (I previously bought one with a smaller USB connector, which are no longer sold). I was quite surprised that this universal connector goes into the frame quite hard, sometimes I'm afraid to damage it somehow, but maybe it will come around in time.
Unfortunately, there are no rubber feet/pads on this model either, which I make from a discarded rubber mouse pad and stick with double-sided tape. Without them, the frame is very slippery and there is a risk of it falling off the table. Otherwise, I'm happy with the frame: -) .
