Very simple box, actually just a piece of sheet metal, plastic and simple electronics. Could be cheaper, the plastic doesn't adhere to the moulding. With an AC adapter, cable and screwdriver, it's a complete solution.

It is unstable on smooth and slippery surfaces.
Due to the non-contact of the disk with the outer body, cooling will be rather problematic. The use of the disk should therefore be stress-free.
