I read here a review on it, that when on it with segate red reached a speed of 250mb, well I tried Segate red 4gb crt and the max speed was 30mb in the PC the same around 200mb, I tried samsung 500gb the same gave a maximum of around 70mb and take toshiba 3TB the maximum went to 85mb and then there is wd red 4TB crt the one had the best speed around 130mb so I do not know what it is that there are tkove differences? All drives sata3 some 7200ot and others 5400 and 5600ot, why is it so? Oh, and I tried testing both a bunch of small files and large files for accuracy.

Very simple box, actually just a piece of sheet metal, plastic and simple electronics. Could be cheaper, the plastic doesn't adhere to the moulding. With an AC adapter, cable and screwdriver, it's a complete solution.
