problem with HD programs CT, NTB processor i7 4 cores + 4 virtual, graphics Geforce M540, memory 10GB. SSD HDD, new installation of WIN 10. Strangely enough, when running Aver SW, the processor underclocks by up to 2 thirds and is loaded to about 50%. And then the image starts to stiffen, dice and diverge from the sound.
