Due to the fact that the Avacom brand looks like a professional on the battery market, this product really didn' t work for them. I don' t know if it' s poor quality articles, or a faulty series, or the absence of the right dell chip, but all 7 pieces purchased in one delivery are de facto depreciation, they didn' t last even 2 years, two died the rest with a maximum of 50% capacity
Avacom pretends to be a quality product
the battery does not sit 100% and growls
does not have a corresponding dell chip and diagnostics throws a system error in the bios thanks to a “non original battery“ but you can live with it, but power management does not work
capacity is from the beginning about 70% max o against the original
we bought 7 of them, of which after 18 months two batteries completely died, one inflated, the rest holds about 50% of capacity (about 500 cycles), which is less than the originally replaced original batteries, which still last after 7 years 90 minutes
it is definitely not a replacement for the original and I would expect more for that price
