So far I have been using the Audio-Technica ATH-M20x headphones, which fit my head well and have good sound. The PRO5X sound a bit better, great bass, although some of the depth was lost on me. I haven't played with it much, but adjusting the equalizer could solve it (after all, every headphone is different and everyone has different preferences).
I have a big head, but the headphones fit my size. The only problem I had was with the bridge, which is thin and hard. From the very first deployment, I could feel it pressing into my skull. Since I wear the headphones for long hours at a time, this was a big thorn in my side that caused me to return the headphones (choosing headphones is terribly difficult for some reason).
At first I was worried that since these are "DJ headphones" I would need an additional soundbar to hear anything, but the headphones (like the M20x) are loud even when plugged into a laptop.
