Bought new yesterday. For the money, it's a total blast. I was switching from RTX 3060 Ti. The raw power in games is great. RT on a QHD monitor with hoooodly high FPS and Ultra settings: -D I'm really excited. The card is quiet, the coils do not whine. 2x BIOS (QM-PM).
Paired with i5-10600KF (OC 5.1 GHz). The card runs just fine with the Corsair RM650X (of course it depends on the rest of the build).
Aura Sync sucks: -D
NVIDIA driver 572.70 is making a mess. Couldn't start G-SYNC. I installed 572.60 and everything is fine
It needs a support ( not included). Even though I have a reinforced slot, I don't trust it and put it in just in case.

If you want to buy a 3080, go for 12 (or more) GB VRAM for a few additional years without need for upgrade. It's also big, and heavy, make sure to fit it correctly and do some cable management around the back
