I haven' t even had the chance to properly test the laptop yet. The touchpad didn' t work, nor could the headphones be plugged in. Almost a week has passed since the complaint, and instead of a report on the status of the complaint, I received an email to rate my experience with Alza, so I' m writing it here. Almost two weeks after I bought the laptop for less than 30 thousand, I can' t even use it. The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase contract ends in a few days, and I have no information if I will see the laptop at all by then.
A quality laptop at a great price that runs everything in top detail if you're happy with FullHD. Installing the OS can be a bit more challenging for inexperienced users, but there are some good tips here in other reviews. The only two ills are: a display that doesn't reach very high brightness, and speakers for really emergency use. I pair my laptop with high quality external speakers and a second monitor with a higher refresh rate connected via USB-C with DP output, which I can highly recommend. I also recommend upgrading the RAM to 32 GB and adding a second SSD right away - 500 GB is not enough in the long run. The laptop is also pleasantly tinier than I expected. And a cooling pad will come in handy for the summer, too: )

the keyboard is great. both key response and rgb backlighting. the minimum brightness here, is like the maximum brightness on my older ideapad gaming 3. at full you can see the backlight even on a sunny day

installing the OS was not fun, the laptop did not see the disks when installing windows, it was necessary to reinstall the drivers for the disks
even with the graphics card in eco mode and the fan in silent mode, it spins up to high speed for a while and then turns off again. at 10-second intervals over and over again. hopefully it can be tweaked somehow in software
when you turn on a more challenging title, it sounds like an airplane taking off (for msfs2020 this can come in handy). I wouldn't take it as a minus, with how powerful and thin it is it has to be kept cool somehow: D
I am really happy with the laptop. I got a hi to play demanding games, which my 7 year old MSI gaming just wasn't enough for anymore. This machine barely breaks a sweat (max temperature when playing AC Odyssey was 95 degrees, it stays around 80). However, what disappointed me a lot and for which I am two stars down is Alza itself. Not only does he charge postage for a laptop worth almost 30,000, but then he has delivery problems. When buying, Alza promises delivery by a certain date, even I was promised that in two days the laptop will be at home. The day before delivery, I received a text message at 22:07 saying that the shipment would be delayed by a day. The next day at the same time the same SMS. When I contacted the alza, no one could tell me what was going on. If it weren't for the urgency on my part, I might still be waiting today. What was the problem? Alza sent the laptop to the Depo carrier, but O2 simcard, which they offer to buy as a gift, was unable to send with it. So my shipment was delayed by a gift I won't even use. No. mainly, that I lived to see, I recommend the laptop.
After reading a couple of reviews, I was a little worried that there would be a problem installing the OS. But absolutely no problems and Win 10 runs like clockwork

I bought the laptop for its price/performance ratio. After installing the system, it took me a while to smooth the rights between Windows/Amory Crate/Nvidia exp. /Intel ARC. But if you mess with it, it can be tuned for perfect performance in situations where you need it.
