A normal user would have returned the laptop about 10 times during installation. Even after installing the drivers, almost nothing worked. I had to delete the defaults, via CMD to do a bypass to Win 11 setup because it didn't work WiFi, then complicated to make the sound, graphics, touchpad, keyboard backlight, brightness settings, or the installer to see the SSD at all. I will recommend to regular users to pay for a technician to get the laptop working. Or to buy a device with a pre-installed OS. However, not to be only negative, after this complete setup the laptop works perfectly and I am satisfied.
