I was hesitating between MSI Vector 16 and this ASUS. Vector was at the time with Intel i7 255HX and otherwise identical specs about 6k. cheaper. Plus at Msi there was a keyboard with a numeric part. Asus won for me by design and what I read on the forums, so the overall quality and reliability. It was supposed to be quieter compared to the MSI, which I can't compare, but it's definitely quiet. As already mentioned here by a colleague, so with the variant without OS beware that Windows is not able to distinguish when installing a wifi card, so either connect with a network cable or download a driver or as I reached into the drawer for a standard usb wifi dongl, which windows found immediately and then no longer a problem to install the necessary driver. I commend the working disk light in the field of view. I'm older school, it used to always be a given and somehow it faded out of laptops over time and here it is, like on some classic machine. The previous Lenovo Legion served 5 years with absolutely no problem, so I hope that this Asus will be similar.
The performance is really decent.
