The main priority was silence and performance. While the expensive be quiet ones flew out of the case in no time, the Arctic P14 pleasantly surprised me with both quiet operation and performance for a third of the price. I also had a previous generation plain P14 and those suffer from hum at certain speeds. This pro version has already managed to remove that, so I praise it for the super price/quiet/performance ratio.
