Sound expression relatively friendly fan even at the highest speeds, below some 1000RPM quite quiet, without noticeable parasitic clacks (which is also a feature of more expensive fans). In terms of noise/performance ratio, there is probably nothing better at this price.
But it is not perfect. Compared to Noctua fans it vibrates significantly more, with certain types of mounting/use it can cause resonance. At 0% PWM it does not stop as e.g. the mentioned Noctua, but it will spin at some absurdly low speed (100rpm? ) - it is therefore unusable with PWM, just like the Slim version. Slim version can be controlled via DC, so I would not expect anything different here.
Considering the price I give 5 stars out of 5, this fan is better than most of the twice as expensive competition.
