I used MX-4 for a long time and I think it is better. It spreads much better on the processor. MX-6 is tearing and a bit more challenging to apply an even coat. Nevertheless, it fulfils its purpose.
Temperatures compared when idle and when playing a demanding game. Compared to my old dried up thermal paste the temperatures on the cpu are better by 10C and on the gpu around 3-4C. This is also mainly because my laptop doesn't have the best cooling it's an MSI Pulse GL66-11UDK (Update i believe i applied the paste incorrectly, i did it again and the temperatures decreased drastically)
