After replacing the original heat conducting paste that was pre-prepared on the heatsink to the processor, the temperatures dropped by about 10 °C. I have an R7 5700 with the original heatsink with it and in a stress test via Cinebench on all cores and with this paste it did not exceed 80°C even after 10 minutes. And that's a great achievement because you don't encounter anything that heats up the CPU more than a load test on all cores.
