The necessity of using the same fans, otherwise they will go crazy and the revolutions will do whatever they want.
Quite large, mind the space in the back of the case.

It didn' t work on my board (it didn' t regulate speed). The fans were running at full speed and I couldn' t even control them with software. When we tried the B450 chipset board, it went there.

I only have one PWM on the board and I needed to drive 3 case fans. The PWM output on the board beautifully regulates the speed if I connect the fan directly to it, but if I connect the fans via the hub, they all go at full power. If the hub is connected to the PWM on the board, the fans go full speed. If it is not connected to the PWM on the board, the fans also go full speed. If someone just wants a “hub“ for multiple fans then it' s ok. Well, if you want to regulate the speed and therefore the noise of the computer - this is not the product for you.
