I've been using the Hub for over a year and have had a pretty contradictory experience. I have about 40 devices from Aqara connected to the hub, so I have a pretty robust network. Unfortunately, individual devices (mainly sensors) are regularly disconnected and need to be reconnected. Even that doesn't always succeed on the first try. Sometimes it works for a month without a single problem, and then suddenly everything goes crazy.
So I can't talk about 100% reliability at all, but I have it more as a hobby.
