In the end, I returned the PowerCube because of the shorter warranty and bought one without the panel separately. It's the worst thing I could have done. I should have just paid for the extended warranty, because this power bank still works, but unfortunately, the new revision sold without the panel doesn't, at least when it comes to PD charging.
