The taste is very strong and it's really sweet. Drinking it on its own is quite an experience for a person used to not sweetening at all, but as an ingredient in dishes like protein flakes, pancakes and others, it is absolutely ideal - there is no need to sweeten and the distinctive flavour is diluted and pleasantly flavours the whole dish.
