I don't want this review to look like I don't like the product. The car is absolutely amazing. I just want to let potential buyers know info they won't tell you anywhere else. When your battery runs low while you are driving, the car will not start to slow down to indicate a low battery. He'll disengage the wheel drive right away. Only the LED lights and steering work. (But if you need a little more juice to get to your car or home, just turn the car off, turn it on and keep walking) Although 4 hours of charging is quite a long time for me, I have to appreciate the fact that the manufacturer really tries to make the battery last as long as possible. (Long charging & low voltage immediately disconnects the wheel drive) --------- For Alza ------------------------
I don't understand the description -> "Special features: Sport mode" (I guess Alza meant to say that the radio has a function on the controller for 70% & 100% of the car's power? )
Nor do I understand the "Features: Sound effects" (The car does not make any special sounds. The only thing you can hear is the shaft sounds, and when the car is not moving, the power steering and the fans that cool the ESC & brushless motor)
The cheapest RC Car that has a drive on all 4 and HAS A BATTERY IN THE PACK (for cars more expensive than 10k you have to buy batteries separately)
The battery is said to last 13 minutes. If you're running at 100% throttle all the time, maybe. But if you don't overdo it and just drive at walking speed, the car will last up to 1 and a half hours!
If you would like to buy an extra battery, you are out of luck in Czech e-shops. (You can find a battery with the same voltage and the same connector, but they are all at least 4cm longer, so they won't fit in this car)
Careful with the big offroad stunts and jumping. The underside of the car is made of very durable material, but what holds the wheels is plastic. I had to change after riding on bricks.
Leaves, dandelions and skinny sticks often get caught in the car while driving. It doesn't affect the ride for the most part, but I did happen to get a pebble stuck between the power steering parts and couldn't turn. (Just remove the car cover and take the pebble out with a skinny object)
The battery takes 4 hours to charge according to the manual (It's true that the slower the battery charges, the less wear and tear it gets, but 4 hours is a bit much)
