With SE2 and Apple Watch 6, it does heat, but still somehow reasonably with a lot of rubbed ears, but when charging AW 10 I find it really unbearable, so whenever I need it acutely, I charge maybe only 15-20 minutes when it's acute, otherwise I would not leave for a longer time, because after a while it's too hot and when I take into account that the charging speed, respectively. charging power is estimated somewhere between the ordinary original charger and fast charger, so if I charge the AW10 with the original fast charger, it does not heat nearly as strongly as in the case of this one which should have about 30% less power and a larger body, so it's a pity that they did not invent better passive cooling, but in an emergency probably use it, but I'd rather get a second original and put this one in the drawer as a really total emergency.
