Poor quality product. Charges quickly (measured wattage about 4W), but cannot turn off - some batteries overcharge. For example, I charge three equally discharged batteries, one of them stops the charging cycle and the battery shows 1.35V, but the other two continue charging for a whole day. The battery then shows for example 1.48V! It's killing the battery.
the batteries are overcharging! = Charged batteries continue to charge - thus overheating, while giving the impression that they are still not charged (flashing LED).
