I bought this powerbank for my wife, who carries it around in her purse and occasionally charges her cell phone with it. For this purpose it fulfils what it should, but the capacity is quite possibly smaller than the manufacturer's claims. The charging performance is, however, remarkable. It really can charge very quickly, but it can also recharge itself very quickly and at 2.08A and 20V! My wife sometimes complains that the powerbank is quite heavy.

Powerbank is great in size, weight, speed. The flaw in its beauty and reliability is its capacity. Relying on 20,000 mAh will soon get out of hand. I have already replaced the original powerbank once for the same reasons, but the capacity problem is here again. I connected a fully charged power bank to the projector, which ran on it for 55 min. at a load of 20.4V / 2.98A / 60.7W = the total usable capacity of the battery before it is completely discharged was therefore 2.796 mAh at this load! The price of the battery is high considering the actual capacity. In addition, the battery will quickly lose its actual capacity with use. The disadvantage is that it is not a LifePo4 battery (where the price would be higher, but more reliable in the long term and therefore more cost effective. The battery is fine, but don't rely on it to have the capacity it claims.
The size is just right. It doesn't get in the way when travelling.
The weight's fine, too.
It really handles up to 60W and it can easily power a projector that otherwise has to be plugged in.
Charging and charging speeds via USB-C are great.
Can't charge and simultaneously charge other devices through a different connector as well.
The capacity is not 20.000 mAh! Even at the lowest load it will not reach the specified capacity.
Caution - do not rely on the stated capacity!
The price of the battery with respect to the actual capacity.

Bought for my son who uses power banks at camp where they don't have electricity. Finally, he won't have to find another cable for charging and subsequent use. Make do with one with USB-C on both sides.
With the included cable, I was able to charge my laptop (DELL Latitude 5580). Charging worked even when I was working on my laptop (just light office work and browsing the internet via mobile connection)
That's not so much a negative as a fact. For charging a mobile phone, the 20Ah capacity is great, for a laptop it's more just a small extension of the time of use, but even that can come in handy sometimes.
