it can' t be turned on with the power button, it has to be started by charging and then switches to a functional state where it can charge before it dies again and won' t turn on. well, now it just charges and if I connect the phone that I want to charge, it charges and charges the phone. after disconnecting the charging of the power bank, it stops charging and cannot be turned on. when charging the power bank, it can be turned on by pressing the button, indicated by a reset on the display.
