4/5 crimping defective (no contact even on half of the pins). So either I don't know how to crimp, or the terminals are too cheaply made and won't cut through the insulation of cat6 wires, even though they are designed for them: ))
The connector has two parts, you simply slide the wires into one, check and then insert the whole thing into the connector and secure it with the clamps. This system minimizes the error rate in wire swapping.
there is a small plastic grader included into which you can push the individual cores and it can be nicely aligned then just cut, insert into the connector and crimp
The connectors work great, are reliable, easy to use and install. Good price per piece. I had to use them very carefully though, not every piece was complete.
