I bought the charger for fast charging Motorola cell phones and other electronics. My Moto G82 can charge with the original charger at 28W (via USB meter) in QC3 mode (shows the same USB meter).
The AlzaPower charger supposedly charges my phone also in QC3 mode, but always with a voltage of about 5.6V and 2.4A --> 14.5W. It won't set a higher voltage. It doesn't matter what port I'm charging from. I have AlzaPower 60W charging cables.
This problem is also mentioned in the reviews here.
On the plus side, at least I don't wear out my cell phone battery.
I have not tested the proper functioning of the other charging modes.

I've only had the product for a week and the device is charging so so far I'm happy.
Maybe just a comment on the comments that are already here:
- I didn't hear any charger buzzing
- the blue squadron does not disturb me at all
- as the seller's description says the size is about 10x10cm
and I know how much 10cm is the size of the charger did not surprise me
