This thing is genius. My phone (OnePlus 13) is on the heavier side and it works so well. The phone has never once fell off. I even drove ~500kms in one go on the highway, city, tight turns without an issue. For the price it's basically a steal.
it's not compatible with magsafe, but it comes with 2 metal plates, and you need to put one between the phone and the case, tho it's not big of an issue

The best car phone holder. I’ve bought them time and again – for every car we have at home. There’s no need for the fiddly process of inserting your phone into the holder – just place it on the holder and it stays in place.
easy assembly
The phone sticks to the magnet as if it were nailed there: -)

For VW Sharan r. v.2017 it is necessary to reckon with the angle of the climate exhalations next to the radio and the absence of a joint to adjust the inclination of the phone in the holder. Thus, a more suitable fixing point in the exhaust is the climate on the left side by the door.
