I only use 4K + HDR at 60 Hz between PC (Windows 11, RTX 40XX) and Sony TV and it handles it perfectly.
I think 2.0a would be enough for this, so I wouldn't expect a problem here.
It's just really thicker and stiffer, but people have written that here before, so nothing new.
