I bought this cable to replace the one in my car because it was already chewed up. After connecting with carplay everything loaded but when calling with the car microphone nothing could be heard. I tried the old cable, plus the wireless adapter, and calling worked on them. I better start using that wireless adapter again and survive the weird problems that happen once in a while
Charges
data transfer works
carplay works
cheaper feel but cool
Microphone in the car via cable carplay does not work
