This power bank will only serve as a good paperweight in windy weather.
I bought two pieces twice. After the first purchase, I complained about both pieces, stating that after a full charge, if I turn off the power bank (according to the instructions, press the button for 10 seconds), then it looks discharged and does not actually charge. I tested all the ports, different cables and devices. So I returned it, saying that ok, two wrong pieces can happen. I ordered two new ones and it all happened again.

I don' t know what this Power Bank is. After unpacking, I connected this Power bank to the charger - port 4 - MicroUSB to charge. After a while, the LEDs stopped flashing (the fourth). That means it should be charged. However, after about 5 minutes, the LED started flashing again, so it started to recharge. And I' ve been watching this about 5 times.
So it' s already charged? If it charges, why will it discharge after a short time and start recharging? Or does it not protect against overcharging? Or does he not know when it is exhausted? It seems to me that it is a real scrap, this Alza Power Bank. Well, I don' t know, I' m starting to be afraid to connect a phone xxx times more expensive than this Power Bank (and use fast phone charging).
