At first glance, the power bank looks quite robust. It can charge the device even while it is charging itself. However, turning off the power bank with the button is problematic. After turning it on again, it shows zero capacity and does not charge, even though it is actually fully charged. I consider this to be a fatal flaw in a product that is meant to be charged.

I will outline the situation. The power bank was picked up on June 28, 2022 on the same day it was charged (all 4 LEDs were lit). 29.6 just lay in my backpack and 30.6 (today) I really needed to charge my cell phone and lo and behold, the power bank shows that it is not charged. I am writing a review in noticeable frustration, as I am leaving for a week-long trip in a short time, I can' t exchange the power bank for a new one, because no branch is on the way and I really have no idea how I will charge my mobile phone. I would understand if the bank failed after 3 recharges, for example (it can' t be checked), but this means that alza will have a powebank made, it will blame its brand and it' s not worth their QC in the direction that they would at least try, whether it works. So good job folks.
