I always test two settings at the specified voltage level:
1) Current as described.
2) Maximum current that still makes sense - the voltage does not drop too much, so the output power is higher than in the previous setting + this power does not turn off the overload protection even after a few minutes + the temperature of the charger is reasonable max about 50 degrees. Description: 5V/3A = 15W
Measurement:
4.68V / 3.00A = 14.04W
4.68A / 3.50A = 16.38W Description: 9V/2.22A = 20W
Measurement:
8,91V / 2,22A = 19,78W
8.84V / 2.90A = 25.63W Description: 12V/1.67A = 20W
Measurements:
12.0V / 1.67A = 20W
11.9V / 2.31A = 27.55W
Good price
The protocols and protections are as described
It doesn't get too hot
Maximum power output is significantly higher than the specified - up to 27.5W
At 5V the voltage drops significantly

Small, compact
Bought as a set with a power bank
It really does get very hot (I had trouble touching the adaptor with my bare hand to unplug it from the socket)
