About a week ago I made a shipment of outdoor clothing worth over 10 000 CZK through Alza - Send it Alzabox. The system acknowledged its receipt, but then the status changed back to "awaiting insertion", even though the parcel was properly inserted into the box.
No information was received from Alza, so I took the initiative to contact customer support. I was told that the parcel was probably just misloaded and that it would be delivered soon. Since then, however, no one has been able to say where the package is or provide specific information about its traceability. Communication is limited to a general "wait", without any update or visible effort to actively address the situation.
This is valuable outdoor gear that I desperately need to have with me by the end of the week for a planned expedition up north. The situation is very time critical and I cannot afford to buy replacement equipment at the moment.
Normally, I would not publicly escalate such a situation, but given the value of the shipment and the urgency of the situation, I am very sorry to see an approach where it is not possible to get specific information or a clear course of action. This experience and a whole week in constant stress, if they start to do something about it, totally discourages me from Alza and all my confidence went down.
