White version 0.5m purchased December 2020 for strictly home use to PC via USB. The wiring at the connector and the plastic end of the Lightning has lasted until now. The strain and bending was minimal during those 21 months, as the cable was constantly on the desk in the office and the only stress was when connecting and disconnecting the phone. With rougher handling, I' m guessing a shorter lifespan. But it is the only minus.
