It's got fast charging.
The three stars are only because it is a partial flop. Both cables I purchased have the defect that they do not plug into each other reducers as shown in the picture. The additional usb C reducer has to be rotated 180°, so the plastic cable is twisted see. picture below. The product should be on sale and the description should point out this defect. But it doesn't affect the function.
