Hello, if the packaging doesn't fit, it's likely that you have a 4G version of the phone. However, this packaging is designed for the 5G version. Both versions have a cut-out in a different place. So please check the version of your mobile phone to see if it is indeed the 4G version, for which this cover is not intended.
