Buy only if you have a welder at home and know how to use it.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion. I apologize for the complications with our AlzaErgo holder. We have checked the situation and the randomly selected pieces we currently have in stock do not show this error. It was therefore probably an isolated defect caused by an incorrectly performed cold weld of the metal part.
