The arm is solid, I have no fear that it will fail, if it is properly anchored to the wall, it will fulfill its purpose.
I blame the product for poor quality or rather inaccurate plat covers of mounting points, the "paws" that are supposed to fit into the grooves of the metal bracket are short where they should be longer and longer where they should be shorter (no, you can't really fit it the other way around).
The locking screws that prevent the TV from being ejected from the console are made of soft metal, the headers don't last very long, if they go stiff, you need to spray it with oil.
