A great product for DIY enthusiasts who enjoy solving problems, rather than just getting a final solution out of the box.
The M6×30 screws had damaged threads, specifically two of them. So they couldn't be screwed into the TV. I thought this was the only fault, so I didn't want to mess about for the sake of two screws and just bought new ones myself.
However, after screwing it to the wall (I should point out that the installation was level, measured with a laser, and the bracket was horizontal), I noticed that the whole arm is slightly crooked – about an 8-degree tilt on the X-axis. The adjustment option mentioned in the manual was useless, because the tilt was greater than what could be compensated for.
The solution was to completely unscrew everything, because the arm itself was attached crookedly to the frame from the factory.
I understand that Alza doesn't manufacture this themselves and the fault most likely occurred during production in China, but as a customer, that doesn't really interest me. The fact is, once you have the bracket screwed to the wall, you don't really feel like taking it all down and dealing with a warranty claim. So my advice: I would avoid this in the future, because the quality control at the factory was clearly on their lunch break, or asleep.
But if you're a DIY enthusiast and enjoy struggling with completely pointless things, go right ahead. For me, though, it's a definite no. And I'd be quite interested to hear what Alza has to say about it.

The holder is really sturdy. The only thing that could be improved is some kind of solution for attaching cables behind the TV (power, antenna, HDMI, etc. ). The cables in the bracket structure may "pinch" when the TV is extended and reinserted into the wall.
The only negative is that the product is quite heavy, so the assembly in one is not quite comfortable. 😉
