- 27kg 77“ on a straight wall does not handle well enough (mounted exactly with a laser) - TV is not level with the wall - on the upper side it is 2 cm closer than on the lower side. No setting possible.
- During the first attempt to unlock the mechanism, the cord broke and you can make a reinforced tool to get the TV off the wall. I didn' t even fully try the other one, because it offered just as much resistance = it wasn' t a defect in the cord, but a lot of tension in the lock when the TV was suspended. I regret that I didn' t take the slim adjustable holder right away. It is 40mm instead of 18mm, but at least it would be usable (18mm loses its meaning anyway, if the result is not sufficiently straight and precise). You can' t get to the TV ports on the back - if the locks worked reliably, then it' s not a mistake, but this way it' s a fundamental mistake
