he's done what we expected him to do; robust and reliable
enough screws and in our case mainly more sizes of spacers, the combination of which allowed us to screw the arms to the TV (Samsung)
no spirit level (also not declared, so that's not a complaint)
somehow we didn't understand how to actually fix the laces so they wouldn't show; with the last TV and bracket they somehow held higher power, but with the larger TV and deeper bracket they kept falling out. But then again, the whole family had fun figuring out some sort of system to keep them behind the TV, so actually a parlor game as a bonus: )
