I don't understand how someone can make such a sturdy stand with a vesa holder which is a complete waste. After inserting the monitor into the stand, the monitor moves extremely well in the mount by simply shaking it
the stand is stable and made of solid material
vesa attachment total waste

little stable (the monitor weighs 5,5kg, this far below the maximum), poorly adjustable, usb cables in color and generation, which are really unsuitable for today. It's not a bad product, but it's pretty untuned, I wouldn't buy it again.

vaha
the handle for the naradis is right in the shoulder, so you won't lose it
90 degree rotation to each side
quality design
does not hold properly and folds forward
it's very difficult to screw in the flap, at the moment when you start screwing, the monitor goes down
blue usb cables, why?!
2x USB A nowadays? Why? One could easily be USBC

most of the construction itself is good and durable
Mounting options, attachment to the table
the plastic piece on the vesa of the holder causes unnecessary play in adjusting the position
