The defect described in the design can be solved by buying another screw, then it holds as it should.

Very good rotation
Design flaw: when fixing through the table, the washer is fixed to the screw from the bottom of the table only by a knurled plastic triangle (the screw has no head and the washer falls through it). This means that it cannot be tightened well and there is a risk that the triangle and the arc will loosen during tightening and the stand will fall.
It loosens when turning.
The last arm for tilting the monitor angle (up/down) even at maximum tightening will not hold the large monitor and in a day or two it will tilt down.
the first time I got a bracket with a glitch. After the complaint I received a holder with the same defect. Description of defect: the holes for mounting the screws do not fit, the monitor cannot be mounted.
The product is of very good quality, it holds my 32“, 6.5 kg monitor without any problems, and I' m sure it can handle more. Everyone who writes that he can' t handle it probably didn' t even try to adjust the stiffness of the spring. Initially, it is set to the lowest possible stiffness, for certain safety reasons (so that you don' t kill yourself during unpacking). You can increase the stiffness simply by following the instructions in the package, no extra tools are needed.
