Big disappointment. I was expecting a quality product with a synchronous mechanism, instead I got the cheapest reclining mechanism with almost no features. You can get much better chairs on Alza for the same price. The worst thing is that once assembled, the chair cannot be disassembled without damaging it, so it is very difficult to return.
