The workmanship is quite solid and the stand has no sharp edges or burrs.
Please note that it can only be attached to a table top that has a large overlap (if the table has a table top underneath, e.g. frame construction). And finally I had to replace this single-arm holder with a slightly longer double-arm one (S35B), because I couldn't adjust the monitor to the desired position on the single-arm one.

For being so simply built, such a high price: (
You have to use a wrench to adjust the height (believe me, it's not exactly pleasant when you get a cramp after a while from holding the monitor, loosening, tightening and trying to put the monitor at the right height)
