Bought today. During installation, the maximum load capacity of 9kg was found to be a lie. The arm cannot support a 7.9kg monitor. After the reviews here, I was worried about whether it would support my monitor, which according to the specs is almost 8.5kg and is an ultra-wide 34" (although the stated maximum is 32). But everything is absolutely fine, it seems to me that it could take more. Those who state that it has a low load capacity probably turned the adjusting screw on the arm the wrong way (it is the only one that turns the opposite way than one would expect). I don't even have it on max and it holds up well and even runs smoothly. A bit worse is the monitor tilt stiffness control, but it's nothing tragic.
